Recognizing the significant
contributions made by Mississippi's pioneers and their
descendants to the growth of the United States of America, and
to foster appreciation for its rich historical and cultural
past, the Mississippi Genealogy and History Network is committed
to providing, without cost, genealogy and historical information
about Mississippi and her counties to the citizens of the state
and other interested individuals.
To accomplish our mission we will
provide to caring and committed researchers free space on our
site to submit their genealogy information for use by fellow
researchers. We agree to post these records in a timely fashion
to our site and to never use researchers' submissions for profit
of any kind.
